Want to get ahead in the SEO game? Find out what your competitors are doing and what rankings and backlinks they’re getting? Know what keywords you rank for and optimize for? Here is my Mangools review of its suite of “5-in-1” SEO tools ⇣ : KWFinder, SERPChecker, SERPWatcher, LinkMiner & SiteProfiler
Premium SEO software like Semrush and Ahrefs used to be reserved for big companies with thousands of dollars to spare. Most bloggers can’t even think of spending more than $100 a month on these tools.
Although expensive tools provide a lot of functionality, they are not only unaffordable but most of their features aren’t suitable for bloggers and small businesses.
I have been using an affordable suite of SEO tools called Mangools for over two years now.
In this tell-all SEO tool review, I will share with you the good and bad of the 5-in-1 SEO toolbox that is Mangools.
What is Mangools
Like I said Mangools is an entire suite of SEO tools.
Unlike Ahrefs, Moz, and SEMrush, Mangools SEO software is affordable for bloggers and small businesses.
(Ahrefs, Moz, and SEMrush plans start from $99/month)
But Mangools plans start at only $30 per month and unlike other expensive SEO tools, you get all the premium features even in the most basic plan.
Most of the expensive SEO tools limit the number of features you get access to in the basic plans. Their basic plans are more like a trial of the tool.
Mangools, on the other hand, offers you all the features even on the cheapest plan.
Mangools is not one SEO tool but an entire suite of five SEO tools.
When you sign up with Mangools SEO tools package you get access to 5 SEO tools:
- KWFinder is a keyword research tool that helps you find the best keywords for your site and your content. It offers hundreds of suggestions with every keyword search.
- SERPChecker is a search engine results (SERP) analysis tool that allows you to see what sites are ranking for your target keywords in multiple locations around the world. It also allows you to check mobile rankings.
- SERPWatcher is a keyword rank tracking tool that allows you to keep an eye on your rankings for keywords in search results.
- LinkMiner is a backlink analysis tool that allows you to analyze the backlink profile of your competitors and find link building opportunities.
- SiteProfiler is a website analysis tool which helps you get a birds-eye view of your competitors’ websites.
Mangools is the all-in-one SEO software you need if you want to succeed in the SEO game.
1. KWFinder Review (Keyword Research and Competition Tool)
- Website: https://kwfinder.com
- What is KWFinder: It’s an SEO keyword research tool
- How many keyword lookups per 24 hours: 100 to 1200
- How many keyword suggestions per search: 200 to 700
KWFinder helps you find the best possible keywords for your website and your content. It offers more options than any other keyword tool.
If you are still using Google’s Keyword Planner for keyword research, you will be blown away by KWFinder like I was when I first started using it.
KWFinder offers many important details for each keyword including Trends, Search Volume, Cost per Click, and Keyword Difficulty.
And unlike most keyword research tools, it offers three types of keywords, Suggestions, Autocomplete, and Questions:
The Suggestions option offers you keyword suggestions like any other tool would. Simply enter a keyword and you will get hundreds of keyword suggestions and variations of your target keyword:
The Autocomplete option offers you the autocomplete data from Google searches. Google Autocomplete suggestions help you find the keywords people are actually using when searching for something:
The Questions option suggests questions that people are asking related to your target keyword. These questions can help you better refine your content and can also offer you guidance in your content strategy:
Instead of writing an article and then stuffing keywords in it, you should start by researching what questions people are asking and then write content around those questions. It is a much more natural way to incorporate long-tail keywords into your content.
The best part about KWFinder is that you can see important details about the target keyword, what websites are ranking for the keyword and each individual keyword suggestion on the side:
Another feature that differentiates KWFinder from other keyword tools on the market is the Results Filter:
It allows you to filter the keyword suggestions based on the minimum and maximum Search Volume, CPC, PPC, number of words, etc. In short, it helps you separate the winners from the losers without painstakingly going through hundreds of similar keywords:
KWFinder is a huge upgrade from free keyword tools out there and this is the best Google Keyword Planner alternative.
This KWFinder review covers almost everything but for more information go to https://mangools.com/blog/kwfinder-guide/
2. SERPChecker Review (Google SERP Analysis Tool)
- Website: https://serpchecker.com
- What is SERPChecker: It’s a Google SERP analysis tool
- How many SERP lookups per 24 hours: 100 to 1200
When you search for a keyword on Google, you see results based on what the algorithm thinks you would like. The results other people see for the same result can be entirely different. This is true for the keywords you are trying to rank for.
SERPChecker is a tool that helps you see what most of the people searching for a keyword will see.
Before you can start working on ranking for a keyword, you need to know the competition for the keyword. This tool helps you not only see how many people are ranking for your target keyword but it also tells you how difficult it might be to rank for it:
For every keyword you enter, you will see a difficulty score based on metrics like the average number of links and domain authority. Not only that, but you also get to see SEO metrics like Domain Authority, Page Authority, CF, TF, and Referring Domains for every page ranking for your target keyword.
This gives you an idea of how many links you might need to rank for your target keyword. I like to look at the number of referring domains the first five results have. I need at least the average of that amount of referring domains to my site to rank for the keyword.
Pro Tip: The number of referring domains to a page/site matters much more than the number of backlinks. Google likes pages that get lots of links from lots of different websites.
The best part about SERPChecker is the number of details you get for every keyword you look up. This tool tells you if there is a knowledge box / featured snippet displayed at the top of the search results page or a stories box:
It also shows you the percentage of clicks the search results might be getting. It tells you how many clicks you might get if you were ranking in that place:
With SERPChecker, you can choose to see what the search results would look like not only in your country but also in other countries. You can also choose to see the search results that will be displayed on mobile devices.
You can also check a preview of what the search results would look like in the country and device type you selected:
Because Mangools comes with a backlink analysis tool, you can easily analyze the backlinks of each search result with a few clicks.
And that’s not all you can do with this tool.
You can also compare your site’s ranking with the other sites that are ranking on the search results page.
Once you enter your site URL in the compare box, you can see where your site stacks up when compared to other sites on the page:
You can also see the Top Stories box, People Also Ask box and other details as they are shown in locations around the world.
You can also choose what metrics you want to see for each result. There are dozens of metrics you can choose from.
SERPChecker is the best! I never try to rank for a keyword before looking it up with this tool.
This SERPChecker review covers pretty much everything but for more info, go to https://mangools.com/blog/serpchecker-guide/
3. SERPWatcher Review (Keyword Rank Tracking Tool)
- Website: https://serpwatcher.com
- What is SERPWatcher: Keyword rank tracking tool
- How many tracked keywords: 200 to 1500
- How many tracked domains: Unlimited
- How many keyword rank updates: Daily
As an SEO, you need to know how high you are ranking for your target keyword. If you don’t measure the changes, you will never find out what you need to change or improve in your process.
If you are only focused on ranking for one keyword, then you can easily look it up in your browser every day. But what happens when you are trying to rank for a dozen keywords?
How will you keep track of where you are and how far you have come?
This is where SERPWatcher comes to rescue.
As the name suggests, it allows you to keep an eye on how your site is doing for the keywords you are trying to rank for.
On the dashboard of the tool, you can easily get a bird’s eye view of how your sites are doing:
Although it is important to know if your efforts are paying off, it is equally important to be in the know when your site falls of rank or two for a target keyword. Once you add your site to the tracker, you can see where it is for all the keywords you are trying to rank for:
This tool would be worth having even if all you got was this list of keywords you are trying to rank for and where you are in the results.
But that’s not all that you get with this tool.
In the sidebar, you get some really amazing details of how your site is doing. This gives you more than just an idea of how your site is doing in
the search results. It tells you exactly what you need to be working on.
For example, you can see the changes over time in your site’s Dominance Index, a metric developed by Mangools that tells you the organic traffic share of your site based on the current keywords you are ranking.
You also get to see the biggest changes that have happened in your search engine rankings:
This gives you a quick idea of what keywords you are falling for and what keywords you are gaining ranks for rapidly. Once I know the keywords that I am gaining positions for, I start working on them harder. The momentum helps me get to the top much faster.
You can also see how much clicks you might be getting based on your ranking positions for the keywords you are tracking:
This tool also gives you a quick overview of all your keywords. This tool also shows you a keyword position distribution chart:
This chart is a great way for you to know how strong your website is in the eyes of search engines. The greener your graph looks better.
SERPWatcher is my go to keyword rank tracking tool that gives me the most critical data all on one screen
This SERPWatcher review covers almost everything but for more information go to https://mangools.com/blog/serpwatcher-guide/
4. LinkMiner Review (Backlink Analysis Tool)
- Website: https://linkminer.com
- What is LinkMiner: It’s a backlink analysis tool
- How many backlink rows per 24 hours: 2000 to 15000
Reverse engineering my competitors’ backlinks is my favorite SEO strategy. It gives me a simple roadmap that I can follow to guarantee higher Search Engine traffic.
With LinkMiner, you can find not only the pages that are linking to your competitors but you can also find the links they have lost.
When you put a URL into LinkMiner, you can see all the links that page has gotten from around the web:
You can also see all the backlinks to the root domain by clicking the Change To Root link in the top right corner.
For every domain and page you analyze, you can see all the key metrics like Trust Flow, Citation Flow, and Referring Domains all in one place.
The best part about the Link Miner is that you can filter links based on link types like Blog, Q&A, and Forum.
This tool also allows you to filter backlinks based on metrics such as Link Strength, Citation Flow, Alexa Rank, etc.:
Pro Tip: Most of your competitor’s links have not much value in the eyes of search engines. With the filter, you can filter backlinks based on Link Strength or Citation flow, which are metrics that tell the page authority of a page.
You can also see the pages rendered in the sidebar, and where the link is located on the page if you click the link.
You can also see the links your competitors have lost. It gives you an opportunity to reach out to the website owners of the lost links and ask for a link to your site.
You can also use this tool to find links that you have lost.
If you want to analyze the links further, you can export the links to CSV to view in Excel or Google Sheets.
With LinkMiner all I have to do is find out my competitor’s backlinks and then reach out to the linking website to get one to my site.
This LinkMiner review explains the basics and for more information go to https://mangools.com/blog/linkminer-guide/
5. SiteProfiler Review (Website Analysis Tool)
- Website: https://siteprofiler.com
- What is SiteProfiler: It’s a website analysis tool
- How many site lookups per 24 hours: 20 to 150
With SiteProfiler, you can get a quick profile on your competitors’ sites and, of course, your own sites.
You can see all the important domain authority metrics like Domain Authority, Page Authority, Citation Flow, and Trust Flow in one place:
You also get detailed graphs on Alexa Rank, Referring IPs, and Facebook Shares.
This tool also shows you a Total Backlinks graph:
The best part of this tool is the Anchor Texts box. It shows you exactly what anchor text your competitors are using. This allows you to strategize your anchor text.
If you want to rank higher than a competitor, you not only need not only as many backlinks as your competitor but you also need similar anchor texts:
With this tool, you can know what type of anchor text is common in your niche.
It is very important to know what type of anchor text your competitors are using and this tool makes it very easy to find the best anchor text for your site.
You can also see a quick view of the top content of your competitors sorted by Facebook shares and Referring domains.
You can also get other details about your competitors such as Link Type Distribution, Dofollow Links Ratio, and Active Links Ratio.
SiteProfiler gives me all the important SEO metrics and insights about a website on one screen.
Bonus: Free Chrome/Firefox Browser SEO Extension
Mangools offers a free browser extension for both Google Chrome and Firefox. The extension shows you almost all the details you get about a page/website in the tools.
Once you install the extension, you don’t need to open the Mangools site again and again just to do research on your competitors. You can do it right on the page by clicking the extension button in your browser.
The best part of this extension is the context menu you get when you right-click.
Instead of copying a keyword and then opening Mangools KWFinder, you can simply select the keyword on the page, right click and click the KWFinder link.
You can also right-click a link and see the links to Analyze it in Mangools.

Mangools Plans and Pricing
Mangools offers three subscription plans:
The Basic plan is great for beginners who are just starting out. I personally use and recommend the Premium plan because it only costs a little more and comes a lot more usage credits for the tools.
What I love about Mangools’ pricing is that it is very affordable when compared to other SEO tools. Most SEO tools offer next to nothing on their basic plans when compared to Mangools.
Mangools, unlike other SEO tools, don’t limit your access to their tools. Most SEO tools offer limited functionality on the basic plans. Their basic plans feel like a trial in comparison to Mangools.
For just $30 per month, you get 5 SEO tools that can help you dominate your niche. Even on the basic plan, you get access to all the tools and the features offered by Mangools are more than you will ever need as a small business or a blogger.
The difference between the three plans Mangools has to offer is the number of credits you get to use each tool. You need credits for each tool to search keywords, lookup SERPs, analyze sites, etc. These credits reset every 24 hours.
If you are just starting out, you will get more credits than you need even on the basic plan.
If you can’t decide which plan to go for, here’s some advice:
- Beginner or Small Site? Go with the Basic plan. It offers at least 100 daily credits for most of the tools which are more than you need for a small site.
- Professional Blogger or Affiliate Marketer? If you are an affiliate marketer or blogger who relies on SEO for traffic, you need to start with the Premium plan.
- Freelance SEO or Agency: Get the Agency plan. It will help you analyze all your clients and their competitors.
For any other SEO tool, I would say $30 is a little expensive for beginners but when you get 5 SEO tools for the price of one who can call it expensive.
Mangools vs the Competition
Mangools vs Ahrefs
Ahrefs and Mangools are two of the most popular all-in-one SEO suites on the market. When it comes to keyword research and backlink analysis, Ahrefs is the clear winner.
BUT, Mangools is significantly more affordable, making it a great option for small businesses and beginners. Additionally, Mangools has a more intuitive interface and is easier to use.
Mangools vs Semrush
Semrush and Mangools are also very similar in terms of features and functionality. Semrush is generally considered to be the more comprehensive tool, with a wider range of features.
Also, Semrush’s backlink analysis tools are considered to be slightly more advanced than Mangools’. However, Mangools is again more affordable, making it a better choice for businesses on a tight budget.
Mangools vs Moz
Moz and Mangools are both great all-in-one SEO suites that offer a wide range of features. Moz is generally considered to be more focused on link-building and content marketing.
Mangools, on the other hand, is better for keyword research and technical SEO. Mangools is also more affordable than Moz.
Mangools vs SE Ranking
SE Ranking is another great all-in-one SEO suite that offers a wide range of features at a competitive price. Mangools and SE Ranking are both great choices for businesses of all sizes.
Mangools has a more user-friendly interface and is easier to use. Additionally, Mangools has a better reputation for customer support.

Mangools Pros and Cons

- Offers more keyword research options than other tools. KWFinder is a huge upgrade from Google Keyword Planner.
- SiteProfiler offers you a detailed profile on your competitors’ sites.
- Very affordable price when compared to other SEO tools like Ahrefs and SEMRush.
- Offers a rank tracker to help you track all your website’s target keywords automatically. You don’t need to add your target keywords one by one.
Although Mangools offers everything you need to dominate a niche, there are a few things that the bigger SEO giants might have to offer.
